Wine & Wine’s customer service policy is established below. This policy indicates the procedures for returns, credit policies, price changes, service cancellation and order tracking. When you are making a purchase with Wine & Wine, you will be accepting the Customer Service policy.

Payment method policies:

In Wine & Wine you can use the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card and PayPal. Checks, money orders, cash payments, promissory notes or bank transfers will not be accepted.

Price changes:

The prices of Wine & Wine products may receive alterations by the administration. The products that you add to your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. However, the price may increase during the time the product remains inside the shopping cart. This means that adding a product to your shopping cart will not be a guarantee that you can buy it at the price shown at the moment.

Product returns:

If you wish to make a refund, you can request it through the order. For any product you wish to return, you must do it with the accessories and packaging that you received with the product, the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days from the date you received the product and we will change you the product or you will receive a refund. If it is a refund, the total amount will be transferred to your bank account within ten (10) days after the return of the product. Open products will not be accepted.

Cancellation of service:

You can cancel the Purchase Order without penalty or any obligation, if you request it through the order within 5 (five) days after the date. Your money will be refunded.

Order tracking:
