- Within 30 days of received shipment.
- Unworn and Unwashed.
- In the original condition.
We work very hard so that you are happy with your orders, if this happens please take a photo upon arrival so we can improve our service. Let us know by sending us a message.

- Promotional items.
- Sale items.
Common Questions:
- There are no return charges.
- Shipping charges are non- refundable.
- You are responsable for return shipping charges
- Orders can be canceled at no cost if the have not been already shipped. In this case shipment amount will not be refunded.
Refunds and Returns:
- Notify us by sending an email of your situation. To send email go to the “Contact Lady in Red” section on the sidebar.
- You will receive a reply from us within two business days. Fallow instructions for return or refund as instructed in email.
- Once the products arrive to us we will notify you and if the refund or return has been approved.
- If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your credit card directly or original form of payment.
