Sales & Shipping Policies

Price change:

We are dedicated and very respectful of the work designers put into the clothes they make, we resect the cost of all items, this is why we do not equal prices of other sites or stores. However if you buy an item and it goes on sale within a week of your purchase, we will equal the value of it.

Credit policies:

We do not extend credit to our customers. However if a refund for a damaged product or a sell cancelation has not been delivered to you we will be more than happy to credit the amount to your next purchase.

Service cancelation:

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours and all money will be returned to you, no extra charge. Since we are very dedicated in our on-time delivery, after 24 hours if the package has been sent, you may cancel the sell and receive the amount of the sell minus shipping expenses.

 

Shipping Limits:

For the moment we are shipping to the next three ares:

  1. Puerto Rico
  2. Republica Dominicana
  3. United States

If your home is not on any of these area, be sure we are working to extend our services closer to you.
